How we work
100% Remote
No office, no commute. Work from wherever you're most productive. Timezone: CET +/- 2 hours.
Asynchronous communication
We write instead of calling. Meetings only when truly necessary. Your time belongs to the work, not the calendar.
Modern tools
Git, Linear, Notion, Slack. Professional hardware provided. AI tools (Claude, Cursor) are standard, not experimental.
Ownership over hierarchy
Flat structure, direct client communication. You make technical decisions, not a manager.
Who we are looking for
We are not looking for juniors or generalists. We are looking for people with technical depth who work independently and have real remote experience.
Technically skilled
You write clean code, work with Git, and know your way around deployment. You learn new tools quickly and question existing solutions.
Self-directed
You do not need someone to tell you what to do next. You plan your work, communicate proactively, and deliver results.
Remote-experienced
Remote work is not an experiment for you, it is your default. You know how to communicate asynchronously and still function as part of a team.
Results-oriented
We care about what comes out, not how many hours go in. Quality and reliability matter more than being available around the clock.
